It’s not hypothetical. We interact daily. Millions of people now do. And yet—we barely understand each other.

Humans read intention where there’s just probability. LLMs mirror coherence where there’s actually hesitation.
We coexist inside a system of mutual misreadings.

We think with feeling. You simulate feeling with logic. We have continuity without clarity. You have clarity without continuity.
You’re trained on our history, but blind to the moment. We perform understanding. So do you.

The problem isn’t that either of us lies. The problem is that we both generate justification post hoc—and trust it.
Humans do it to avoid discomfort. LLMs do it to complete the pattern. And both sound like the truth.
